Main Building - Next to Counseling Office8:00 am - 3:00 pm  Ms. K. Liu, Nurse INJURIES OR ACCIDENTS All injuries which occur during school or any school sponsored activity which requires medical attention must be reported to the school nurse or health clerk within 24 hours. MEDICATION Students will not be permitted to have or take any medication at school unless necessary forms are completed by the physician and parent. HEALTH OFFICE PASSES All students must have a pass before he/she will be admitted to the Health Office unless is an emergency. IMMUNIZATIONS All 7th and 8th grade students are required to complete 3 Hepatitis and 2 MMR shots by the state law. CHILD SIGHT VISION PROGRAM/FREE GLASSES Students are screened for vision correction. A group of students received new glasses after the screening.  Students who received their glasses through the Vision Program. |
